Responsibility and confidentiality
Walk and talk therapy, like art, literature or movement therapy, is a supportive method for self-reflection, not a healthcare service. My work is not psychotherapy or psychiatric treatment and does not replace them. I am not a psychologist or a medical doctor.
If you are in psychotherapy or taking psychiatric medication, I recommend that you talk to your doctor before we start working together.
I treat everything you share with me as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties.
